Tento rok jsme odbornou porotu zaujali našim plnotučným tvarohem RODOPI a ohodnotili ho 1 hvězdičkou!

We found the look of this bright, white cottage cheese particularly appealing. The texture was smoother than some we have tried and we enjoyed the mouth feel. An inherent, deep flavour which we found unusual for a cheese of this kind and most pleasing. We could imagine using it in many culinary uses as a ricotta or curd cheese might be used.
A fresh, gentle example of cottage cheese, way superior to commercially available examples. We enjoyed the sense of freshness, lightness and delicacy here, allied to a gentle acidity that makes for a clean, uncloying finish. While milk flavour in itself does not appear to be a prime feature, we did enjoy the effect of the bacterial culture used. A sound and easily enjoyable product.
